DESIGN OPTIONS
Vinolok has a wide range of stoppers, from standard items to individualized, decorative options, custom made to meet the requirements of your brand. Decorative options can be used interchangeably, enabling you to create unique and differentiated packaging solutions.
SIZES
The Vinolok stopper comes in a range of sizes that fit its corresponding bottle neck size, as indicated below. For further detailed information on the sizing, please download the product portfolio and the bottle recommendation.
TOP OF CLOSURE
The 17.5, 18.2, and 18.5 sizes. come in both low and high top, while the 21.5 and 23 stoppers are high top. Both stoppers are functionally the same, the difference being purely aesthetic.
BOTTLE COMPATIBILITY
The Vinolok 17.5mm, 18.5mm, 20mm, 21.5mm and 23mm stoppers are compatible with a wide range of standard European bottles. Vinolok has undergone extensive compatibility testing, resulting in a list of recommended bottles. These bottles can be used with the Vinolok stopper, 100% guaranteed to be a suitable fit with no further testing required.

Should your chosen bottle not be on this list, we recommend you send us a technical drawing of your bottle and our technical department will advise on compatibility.
APPLICATION & BOTTLING
All Vinolok stoppers require an over seal to ensure the stopper is tamper evident and held in place during transport.
Recommended over seals are as follows:

For small production runs, you can select a manual application of the Vinolok closure. For larger production runs, major producers of bottling machines offer solutions in the form of both semi-automated and fully automated production lines. Full automation can be implemented into existing lines or by using a free-standing machine. Examples of automated bottling with Vinolok can be seen below.
